Welcome to my world of visual storytelling!
I’m Jorrit Lousberg, a photographer with a passion for capturing the essence of technology and human ingenuity. I specialise in documenting complex projects through stunning photography, dynamic timelapses and immersive virtual tours. My expertise lies in showcasing infrastructure, industrial processes, and large-scale events, always highlighting the interplay between cutting-edge technology and the skilled professionals behind it.
My degree in Mechanical Engineering and my all-round interest in technology result in a technical and industrial focus in my work, but whenever possible, with a human touch. A number of industry-standard certifications with regard to safety allow me to work in places where most other photographers can’t.
I seamlessly transition from industrial environments to high-profile cultural and political events. At exclusive gatherings, including those with members of the Dutch royal family, a tuxedo is more appropriate than steel-toed boots. This versatility enables me to capture compelling imagery at black-tie galas, political summits, and prestigious cultural events.
When I’m not looking through high-end digital cameras for my assignments, I enjoy using all sorts of beautiful vintage analog cameras to document the precious moments with my family and friends.
